TEST for sharpness, I have been noticing LACK of sharpness when I upload my work to devianart, trying to sort out the problem, so this is a test, this shot is really sharp, you opinion is much appreciated thanks

why is the same shot so sharp on this site [link]
and not on devianart, first time I ever face this issue on here!!!

Check Andreas Resch's sharpening script for photoshop :) one of the best and widely used (in terms of technique) :)

If you are using Adobe RGB you loose sharpness and color. Try converting to standard RGB and re-upload...

Yeah. It's dA's auto resizing that makes pictures unsharp.
You upload the full-size pic to dA, that makes dA resize your pic
for our monitor and results in a lack of quality.
I always resize my pics before uploading them to dA, means I save a full size and a small version.
(You can upload the full size picture for prints when submitting the print.)
If you use Photoshop, you can use actions for resizing and sharpen your images,
I could send you the one I use per mail if desired.
